ShowUp2Heal is a space for real conversations about resilience, healing, identity, purpose, relationships, and what it means to fully show up for your life.
No masks. No pretending to have it all figured out. Just honest conversations with people willing to explore who they are, what they've lived through, and who they're becoming.
ShowUp2Heal was created from a simple belief: we don't have to have all the answers to begin moving forward. Sometimes we need a space to be honest, ask better questions, listen without judgment, and say the things we haven't known how to say.

The truck I was driving during the 2022 police shooting.
My life has taught me that showing up doesn't always mean having the answers. Sometimes it means being willing to sit with the questions. I've experienced moments that challenged what I believed about myself, my identity, resilience, trust, and the direction of my life. Through it all, conversation became one of the places where I could make sense of what I had experienced and discover more about who I was becoming.
For 18 years, I lived believing I had a rare blood cancer before discovering I had been misdiagnosed. Then, in 2022, I found myself in the middle of a police shooting, with gunfire striking the truck I was driving, an experience that showed me just how quickly life can change. Basketball taught me about competition, discipline, and resilience, while life beyond the court taught me something even more important: strength isn't always about pushing through. Sometimes it's about slowing down, becoming present, asking for help, questioning what you thought you knew, and being willing to see yourself differently.
Those experiences changed the questions I was willing to ask, not only of other people, but of myself. I became less interested in conversations about who we're supposed to be and more curious about who we actually are when the titles, accomplishments, expectations, and masks are stripped away. ShowUp2Heal grew from that curiosity.
This isn't about putting on a show or pretending to have everything figured out. It's about creating enough space for honest conversation, curiosity, vulnerability, and connection.
Honest conversations rooted in lived experience, not just theory.
Conversations built on curiosity, openness, and being fully present with another.
Questions that invite reflection, challenge assumptions, and help us see ourselves differently..
Ideas that help you see life, growth, and yourself through a different lens.
You don't have to have everything figured out to join the conversation. Whether you're healing, questioning, rebuilding, evolving or simply trying to understand yourself a little better, there's a place for you here.
